Boring’s Service Manager, Mike Phillips, was named Service Executive of the Year for 2015 by the Pros Elite 100 at their June Service Executive Best Practices Roundtable. Pros Elite 100 status is awarded to a very limited number of select organizations displaying world-class service delivery and is a national symbol of recognition and distinction in the Office Imaging industry. Within the top performing dealers that have earned Pros Elite 100 status, the “Service Executive of the Year” is awarded to the individuals who have achieved an elite level of service performance, as measured against the Pros Elite industry benchmarking standards, and displayed a commitment to deliver an elite client experience to their customer base. Under Phillips’ leadership, Boring’s Service Department has reached record levels of efficiency and profitability, while also providing the high level of customer care that is essential to the Boring experience. These select few Service Executives of the Year are truly the best among an elite group of dealers in the Office Imaging Industry and Boring congratulates Phillips for this achievement.
In addition, Konica Minolta recently recognized Boring Business Systems for Outstanding Sales Achievement in Fiscal Year 2014 for attaining a year-over-year growth of 32%. Boring has been a proud dealer of Konica Minolta imaging systems for over 30 years.
