Once your business’ machine has been delivered, your Account Executive will provide you with a brief operational overview. After the setup has been completed, our Customer Relations team will schedule an in-depth, one-on-one instructional session that is tailored to your business’ specific needs.

  • Printing booklets
  • Saving documents to the machine
  • Document workflows

We provide ongoing customer education and training, both in-person and remotely, for as long as the business has a Service Contract with us.

The way you use your equipment will change as your business evolves and new employees are brought on board. Because of this, Boring is more than happy to provide ongoing customer education and in-person training for as long as the business has the machine. Our goal is to assist your business and staff as you become comfortable with your equipment and offer suggestions to improve productivity by utilizing the full capabilities of the equipment.

Training is available for your business’ equipment under your Boring service contract; there is no additional charge for instruction. You can also visit Boring’s online Learning Center to watch instructional videos, read white papers, and learn more about how you can get the most out of your machine.
