I wanted you to know how much I appreciated Luis coming by a few weeks ago to fix my printer. During his visit, he was very receptive to my inexperience and very-little-understanding on how a printer works. He took time with me, explaining how he was working on my printer, in order to fix my problem. He presented himself very well in our work environment and seemed to be quite knowledgeable of my system.

If I have other printer issues, I know who to call.

Since 2012, Sheriff Judd tasked my team with sending out a recruiting letter to graduating Polk County High School Seniors.

Last week I obtained the list from the PCSB; however, we received it late. I emailed (Wendie) the print shop request form needing the letters as early as 03/20 and no later than 03/21 so that we could get the letters to the schools before Spring Break (03/30) as my team has to hand deliver these letters to 27 high schools.

Every year (Wendie is) always compliant with our request and this year with the short notice (she was) able to get 6,213 printed by 03/20/15.

(Wendie is) a team player who is dedicated and loyal to the goals of the sheriff’s office and (she is) truly a valued Boring employee and are an asset to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office!!!
