Boring Business Systems has been in business since 1924! We are seeking an experienced customer-focused, detail-oriented Product Specialist/Field Supervisor to join our team.

Our service department provides quick and prompt response times. The Product Specialist delivers exceptional customer service and handles all customer issues with the utmost professionalism.

Primary Function

This position includes servicing the more complex and higher-end equipment. Troubleshoots software, hardware, and connectivity-related issues.  Is responsible to train others to take on the higher end products to allow him/her be used only as a backup for service calls. Effectively handles the most difficult customer situations. This individual is the primary technical resource for assistance for all technicians.  This position is responsible for conducting technical seminars to assist in improving the service team’s First Call Effectiveness.  Helps SM develop quarterly training plan and provides performance appraisal input for each member on his/her team.   Ensures the Service Team is adhering to Total Call Procedure policy in place and conducts field audits monthly. Review the 3 in 30 machine suspect report weekly and develops action plans to address problematic machines on the report.  Works closely with sales team members on trouble accounts to ensure client satisfaction is 100%.

  • Konica manufacturer certifications. Required
  • At least 5 years of Konica Minolta technical support/repair experience. Required
  • Having a strong work ethic and stable work history (no job hopping). Required
  • Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record(3 yrs.) Required
