Managed Print Services (MPS) Department
Boring Business Systems has been in business since 1924! We are growing and seeking customer focused Delivery Driver to join our team.
Boring Business Systems MPS Delivery Drivers, work in our MPS (Managed Print Services) department. They deliver sales orders for customers and pick up recycled supplies. Ensures that supplies are delivered safely to the customer’s office; operates company delivery van and other warehouse equipment to accomplish assigned tasks.

- Gather monthly or quarterly manual meter readings for printers and copiers that do not automatically report using Print Audit.
- Clean the cases of the printers and report any machines that are not working properly to the service department.
- Supplying Boring’s Managed Print Services customers with print cartridges for their printers that are under a service contract via UPS or desktop delivery.
- Maintain toner supply levels at several major customer locations by inventorying and restocking on site toner closets.
- Collect and recycle empty toner cartridges along with keeping customers supplied with toner cartridge collection boxes. This will require maintaining a list of all collection boxes in the field and scheduling pickups when necessary.
- At times back up Facilities Management sites. End of day unload empty toners and keep pallets organized and wrapped. Scanning and learning E-Automate system.

Required, Education, Training and/or Experience:
- 2 years or more of customer service support experience.
- 1 year or more of previous delivery driving experience preferred.
- Driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements
Balancing, bending /stooping, climbing, crawling, a lot of walking at times for several hours throughout the day, sitting, standing, lifting, carrying or pushing equipment at times that could exceed 150lbs or greater, grasping, kneeling, hand/eye coordination, repetitive motion, pulling hand over hand, reaching above shoulders, utilization of hands/fingers for typing and writing, ability to see and read PC screens; detect color coding, read fine print, and/or normal type size print, and the ability to detect specific noises, understand what clients are saying in normal conversation. The ability to operate a motor vehicle.
